STATE CAPITOL, PHOENIX –  A legislative proclamation sponsored by Republican State Representatives Walt Blackman and David Marshall was read aloud on the House Floor today, congratulating Arizona’s student graduating Class of 2025.

The proclamation recognizes the perseverance, discipline, and strength demonstrated by students across Arizona in successfully completing their academic studies. It highlights the values upheld by graduates—including hard work, integrity, and service—and acknowledges their readiness to take on new responsibilities that will shape Arizona’s future.

“We urge all graduates to continue striving for excellence, to serve with honor, and to lead with courage as they embark on the next chapter of their lives,” the proclamation reads. “We encourage each graduate to take the lessons they have learned and invest them back into their families, their communities, and the great State of Arizona.”
